David started his real estate investing journey during the mortgage crash of 2008 in Michigan where he provided over 100 turn-key properties to investors all while building his own portfolio. During this process, he founded and is the Owner/CEO of Equinox Property Management. David continues to invest in Michigan and the Bay Area.
